Globalization has made understanding of cultural diversity more important. However, one challenge caused by is the existence stereotypes since stereotyping can lead to prejudice and discrimination. Literary works movies sometimes depict certain race ethnicity. Authors directors embed similar negative features them hence it becomes a justification that those races ethnicities truly have such features.
